Privacy Policy
Printer Test Page Lab has no accounts, no uploads and no forms. The site stores a few preferences, such as paper size and theme, in your own browser, and uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off unless you consent.

What we store on your device
We use your browser’s local storage, not cookies, to remember choices you make on this site. These values never leave your device and are not sent to us:
theme: light, dark or system appearance.palette: the color palette you picked.paper: US Letter or A4.cleaning-advisor: how many head cleanings you counted, and when a rest started.maintenance-cell: which maintenance strip cell is next.
You can clear them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, email, address or payment details. Test pages are generated in advance and printed by your browser; nothing about your printer or your printouts is sent to us. The calendar reminder is created in your browser and downloaded directly.
Server logs
Our hosting provider may keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use them to identify visitors.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages people visit, how they arrived (for example from a search engine), roughly which country and device type, and whether tools such as Print now are used. We use this only to improve the pages. We do not see your name or email, and we do not combine analytics with other data about you.
- Cookies: Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as
_ga) to tell repeat visits apart. Google processes the data as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. - EEA, UK and Switzerland: analytics and advertising storage are set to “denied” by default in these regions, so no analytics cookies are set unless you give consent. Google may still receive cookieless signals, such as that a page was viewed, without identifiers.
- Opting out: you can block analytics with Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, a content blocker, or by clearing and blocking cookies for this site.
Advertising and cookies
This site does not show ads yet. We may apply for Google AdSense in the future; this section describes what would apply.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
- Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be asked for consent through a Google-certified consent management platform before any advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time through the consent link that will appear in the footer.
Ads never appear on printed pages.
Children’s privacy
This site is a general-audience tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about visitors beyond any email you send us, most data requests come down to deleting correspondence. To ask about or delete anything you have sent us, email [email protected].
Changes
We will update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes.
